Vegan Cupcakes

 I'm always looking for good vegan recipes due to Little Madam's egg and milk allergies. Here's an easy and quick recipe and there are only two ingredients. Cake mix and a can of pumpkin. That's all folks.

Mix the two together (trust me it looks like at first that it won't be enough to make it moist, but it is- just keep blending).

Fill cupcake liners about 3/4 of the way full. Bake at 325* for 22-25 minutes.

 And you're done. If you want to bake them so they come out flat-depending on how you wish to decorate... Bake at 350* for 18-20 minutes

If you're wondering if you can taste the pumpkin the answer is yes in white/yellow cakes, and no in chocolate flavored cake mixes.
