what you'll need:

2 large avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
1 lime, juiced
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 medium onion, diced
2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
*for heat add a1/2 teaspoon cayenne. I left it out.

Be sure to dice up the onion and cilantro really well, or you'll just get big chunks... unless that's your thing-it's not mine.

Throw everything in a bowl and mash well.

Let it sit at room temp for an hour. So worth the wait, don't skip it.
