Fresh Pesto

I am loving my herb garden. I've been picking from it for awhile, and can't tell you the difference fresh herbs make. You'll either have to try it yourself, or take my word for it. My basil has been growing like crazy+my love for fresh pesto=solution.

What you'll need.
3/4 cup grated parmesan. Don't use the green Kraft can. Do it right and buy a wedge to shred.
1/4 cup of pine nuts
4 cloves of garlic
3 packed cups fresh basil
1/4 cup EVOO




Thow it all into the food processor or blender.
Done. Love it.
