SPF 1000

If there is one thing you take away from this entire month of beauty tidbits it is to use sunscreen. Not only does it help prevent against premature aging, but it also helps prevent skin cancer. Use a sunscreen that is SPF 15 or higher and apply everyday, even in the winter. When I ran track and it would be gray and overcast in March I would still manage to come home with some pink cheeks from 8 hours of sun exposure. Just because it’s not Sunny, 70 and summertime doesn’t mean your skin won’t be damaged from the sun.
