Enchiladas

Enchiladas


8 10"Flour tortillas
Chicken Breast (1 per person)
1 small can Green enchilada sauce
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. Cream cheese
Salsa
Directions:Cook chicken breasts and shred. In a medium sauce pan melt 8 oz. (1 box) cream cheese, and half a jar of salsa. Add cooked chicken. In a 9x13 Pyrex dish pour half a can of green enchilada sauce to cover bottom. On a plate lay out a tortilla and spoon mixture through the center. Roll and place in Pyrex. Complete this until dish is full. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over top and sprinkle cheese over all enchiladas bake at 325 for 10 min.
