Chicken Kiev

1 Chicken breast per person (okay so we like chicken...)
1 stick of butter melted.
bread crumbs
1 tbsp minced garlic
tarragon
rice
1 to 2 eggs
heap of flour

Directions: Cover raw chicken breast in flour, dip each side in the eggs and dip each side in bread crumbs. You're going to fry these. Melt butter in a small sauce pan. Add garlic and tarragon. Fry the chicken while the rice is cooking. When all are done. Serve chicken on top of rice and spoonful melted butter mixture on top to taste.
