Chicago Style Pizza

Tidbit:Reheat Pizza. Heat up leftover pizza in a nonstick skillet on top of the stove, set heat to med-low and heat till warm. This keeps the crust crispy. No soggy micro pizza.
Chicago Style Pizza


2 packages pizza dough
pizza sauce
3 cups mozzarella cheese
mushrooms
pepperoni

Directions:Preheat oven to 425. Make dough per package directions. Let the dough rise for about 25 min. In a deep dish pizza pan spread dough on the bottom until even, and push dough 1/2 inch up the sides to hold in toppings. Place 3 cups of mozzarella cheese on crust. Add any additional desired toppings, and top with tomato sauce. Top the pizza with Italian herbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 min.
