Lasagna

Lasagna

1 pkg. lasagna noodles (cook drain and dampen with spaghetti sauce)
1 ½ lbs. beef roast cubed, and browned
½ lb. pepperoni
1 lb. mozzarella
Parmesan
spaghetti sauce

To assemble: spread a couple of tablespoons of spaghetti sauce into large Pyrex dish. Place a row of noodles on top of sauce, overlapping noodles a bit for layer 1. Next add a layer of pepperoni sliced scattered over the noodles for layer 2. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese for layer 3. Add cooked beef squares with gravy for layer 4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over beef for layer 5. Spoon spaghetti sauce over cheese, covering cheese entirely for layer 6. Repeat layers until you have reached the top of the pan, leaving about ½ an inch air space to allow lasagna to rise while baking. Bake at 350 for 30 min. or until bubbly.
