Hofbrau Hash


Hofbrau Hash

1 package polish sausage, sliced
1 potato per person
1-2 fresh apples sliced
1 can sauerkraut
brown sugar
poppy seeds

Directions: In a large frying pan, cook the polish sausage until done and drain excess grease. Add potatoes, apples and sauerkraut. Stir until cooked, Add brown sugar and poppy seeds to taste. Serve warm.
