Potato Soup

Potato Soup

6 potatoes peeled and cubed
1 cube of chicken bouillon
1 8oz package of cream cheese cubed

Directions:place potatoes in a pot and cover with water. Add broth cube and bring to a boil. Cook potatoes until tender, appox. 30 min. remove pan from heat. Remove potatoes and mash. Return to broth, and heat. Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Serve warm.
